Heaven's door in Iran National Museum

Iran National Museum is home to out-of-this-world golden Mihrab, popularly known as "heaven's door".

The centuries-old niche in a mosque wall presents the peak of tilework art by Iranian artisans.

The National Museum of Iran is located in the Iranian capital city of Tehran. It consists of the Ancient Iran Museum and Museum of Islamic Archaeology and Art of Iran.
